    The worst experience ever. A parcel arrived at the post office, because it was a tracked item. I have an email that shows its awaiting collection. I was told the post mistress put the item into a friends post box. Now I'm being told the guy there should never had said that. They are now saying the item never arrived. However they are the ones who registered it was in their office. I believe they have put the item into the wrong post box and now won't discuss it with me. Mind you it's a parcel that has to be signed for. Not put into a post box. The guy was rude and hung up the phone on me.

    Order Postal Key online received worst customer service from Manager herself. All staff are lazy and need training on customer service and a update on how the online ordering works. Pathetic.
