  They are very overpriced-the second time I paid $285 for a lavender colour that washed out within a week and then turned blue, despite using the recommended products and following care instructions. When I addressed this issue with Dayna she offered to fix it by putting a warmer purple over the top which is not the colour I wanted so instead I asked for a refund and was given $40 back.

  Thursday afternoon, I get a phone call asking if I wished to move my appointment to an earlier time on Fri morning. I politely declined, stating that I work full-time and my booking was made for my lunchtime.

  My first hairdresser booking experience with this company leaves a bad impression, which is a bit confusing as I've been a regular walk-in customer for their hair products at this store and previously found the staff welcoming...not pushy.

  9am this morning, the staff member calls & introduces herself to which I (quite briskly) tell her I'm regretting providing my phone number to their establishment as I have received 3 calls from them about my appointment in the 3 days...which anyone would consider to be overkill and borderline harassment.

  5 stars for the angel who did my hair....(I think her name was Kaylie..or Kayler) the best hair cut I've ever had.... but the older woman short hair on the til was "I just want your money". Another customer service FAIL.
