  I was really looking forward to going here and getting my hair done for my birthday but I was incredibly disappointed. It took 5 hours to get a cut and colour and the end result was not what I wanted and I hated it. The girls here are really nice but I wasted a lot of time and money and came out unhappy with the result. When I told them I was upset about it they didn’t seem to care that much. Now I feel like I have to spend more money trying to fix it. Thank you for your effort but I won’t be back.

  Lash Queen Bel reinvigorates my soul each and every time she does my lashes. Her level of care and attention to detail is amazing, with absolutely flawless results every single time. She is an absolute expert at what she does, and is such a happy and delightful person to be around.

  I had a terrible experience getting eyelash extensions done. She ripped out half of my bottom lashes and had chunks of glue in my lashes. I can feel it when I brush them or even brush my fingers over them. My eyes were irritated from the moment I left the salon. I see other people's before and after photos and I feel completely ripped off. I have lashes going in all different directions and massive spaces between them all. The price was advertised as $65 and I was charged $75.

  The entire salon is stunning salon with amazing staff, so welcoming and friendly each and every time, can't recommend Tokunai enough
